Late Arrival Policy:
If you are late by 15 min or more to your appointment, just eye makeup or a natural makeup will be applied in the time slot. However you will still be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Deposits:
A £10 deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation + No Show Policy:
You can cancel up to 2 days before an appointment, if you cancel after this deadline then the remaining balance for the service will be charged to your card as a last minute cancellation fee.
If you no show to an appointment the remaining balance for the service will be charged to your card.
Refunds:
Clients are asked at the end of the appointment if they are happy with the application provided or if they would like to change anything, as clients are given this opportunity:
All services provided are Non-Refundable.
Payments:
Remaining payments can be paid via Cash or via Booking System, all payments must be paid whilst in the salon.
